Alix Earle is expanding her brand.On Jan. 21, the influencer revealed her latest business endeavor, and it's one that fans have been speculating about and anticipating for quite a while — a new reality TV series following Alix, her family and her internet-famous friends.Alix revealed the news in a joint Instagram post with Netflix, the streamer behind the new series.In the video announcing the news, the content creator and Get Real With Me host is on the phone with her father outside of Netflix's offices, where she's presumably just come from a meeting, as she assures him that things are going to be "fine.""Dad, it's gonna be fun!" the content creator says, looking all business in a sheer maroon blouse and glasses. "It's gonna be fine.""What's the worst that can happen?" she asks, as she struts away from the office.

"From your FYP to your TV: Alix Earle, her family, and friends will star in an unscripted series dropping later this year on Netflix," the caption of the Jan. 21 post read.The series will focus on Earle's "blended family," including her equally popular influencer sister Ashtin Earle, and the many beloved members of Alix's extended friend group, per a release from Netflix.
"The series will document the real-time messiness of a young woman in transition," the release read.
In a statement, the online It-girl opened up about the decision to continue dipping her toes in the water of legacy media. The influencer is no stranger to reality TV, having appeared as a contestant on the latest season of Dancing with the Stars, where she made her way all the way into the final."I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t a little scary," the social media mogul said of making the transition to having someone else in control of the filming this time around. "I’m so used to being in control of what I share and what I keep private, so having cameras around in moments I normally wouldn’t post is definitely an adjustment."

However, Earle also made it clear that "human moments are what connected me to my audience in the first place" and that "it's worth it" in order to resonate further with her fans.Earle recently spoke with PEOPLE about what these past few years have looked like for her, as she continues to expand her business endeavors and connect with her audience on different platforms and formats.
“I know my audience the best,” Earle told PEOPLE, as she elaborated on what she's learned about herself over the last few years, as she had continued to explode in popularity.

“I think it's hard sometimes to want to believe or trust other people's creative visions or input on something, but at the end of the day, I do trust myself with knowing what will go over the best with my audience and what they're gonna wanna see and what they're gonna respond well to.”Alix also touched on "building up" confidence in herself over the last few years, as she's had more and more opportunities to work with brands. While she stays open to new ideas, she says she's also been empowered to "say no" when something doesn't feel right — something that has ultimately contributed to just how much her fans resonate with her. And the numbers don't lie. On Instagram, Earle boasts over five million followers and over eight million on TikTok.
Amid the many new changes in her life, Earle added that she has leaned even closer on her family during this time.
“My family is everything,” she shared. “I love how they support me, give me confidence, but they also keep me humble … We're all each other's best friends. My favorite group chat is probably the one with my whole family that we're texting in all day. It's a really beautiful thing that my family's been able to grow just so close, all of us together. It's been fun to be best friends with them.” Earle also teased her upcoming endeavors while speaking with PEOPLE, saying: "For 2026, it's gonna be a lot of new, big beginnings.""A lot of things that have been in the works for a while" will finally come to fruition," she said.
