Prince Harry and Prince William are not close, with their mom's former bodyguard suggesting their differences date back to childhood.
The Duke of Sussex once enjoyed a strong bond with the Prince of Wales, but this all changed when Harry stepped down from the Royal Family in 2020. He went on to spill some royal secrets during a sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey and criticized his brother in his memoir, Spare.
While William has not addressed any of Harry's claims, it's believed the pair have not spoken in years. Harry recently moved back to the UK with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, but it's believed William is yet to reach out..

According to Princess Diana's former personal protection officer, Ken Wharfe, Harry and William's clashing personalities meant they often argued even as children.
Speaking to The Express US on behalf of casino.org, Ken said, "I don't think either William or Harry let anyone down academically. William was probably the more studious of the two.

"Harry, on the other hand, was the entertainer - the joker - which I think at times irritated William because it simply wasn't in his nature to be like Harry. But that's just sibling rivalry. It happens in every family. It certainly happened in mine - I had three brothers - so why should it have been any different for them?"

Ken also admitted he "feels rather sad" about Harry's estrangement from his family, suggesting a possible reason for the feud has been Harry's quest to obtain taxpayer funded security in the UK.
"I feel rather sad about the Harry and Meghan situation, really," Ken admitted. "There's been so much publicity surrounding his case with the UK government and the Metropolitan Police over his security."
Ken continued, "From my own knowledge, and from my sources, one thing's for certain: Harry would never be denied security during his time in the UK, whether he's here with his wife or his children. Neither the government nor the Metropolitan Police would want a disaster on their hands simply because they failed to provide adequate security.
"A risk assessment would always be carried out whenever he arrives in the UK, and there would always be liaison between the authorities here and his security team from the United States."
When Harry and Meghan left the Royal Family, their security was downgraded, with the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (Ravec) concluding Harry's security needs would be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Ravec will now have to make a new decision, based on the Sussexes living in the U.K. permanently.
Ken suggested Harry had "made rather a lot of noise" about the security issue, but suggested the level of protection he's been given "is, in my view, appropriate."
Ken admitted, "I don't quite know where this is going to end up," before adding, "Personally, I don't think he'll be given permanent police protection."
